Israeli Organization of Culture Managers of the Local Authorities is composed of 214 members, including 20 members who are in charge of management of the organization. There are 6 committees working on Education programs, Training, Auditing, Finance and Human Resources, External Relations and Additional roles. Main fields of activities are empowering human resources of its members through education programs, workshops and professional lectures, Developing synergies and co-operations between its members using an integrative vision of the municipality and the country needs, Caring for formal affinity and professional cooperation with the ministry of culture, the union of local authorities in Israel, the National Lottery of Israel, funds and similar unions abroad, Caring and assistance at the individual level in subjects concerned its members. Every culture manager at a local municipality who is managing a defined unit budget can join as a member of the organization. The organization’s management and its institutes are being chosen from time to time bended to the organizations regulations.
